Le gelatine di vino sono realizzate artigianalmente seguendo un antica ricetta. La lavorazione fa evaporare l’alcool consentendo di togliere l’alcoolicità al prodotto. Ha un sapore acidodolciastro. Si sposa perfettamente con i formaggi.
